Ask before they reach the door

An email survey sent the next day gets a handful of replies. A feedback slide shown at the end of the session gets answers from most of the room, because the phone is already in their hand.

  • Put the QR code on the closing slide
  • Start with a one tap rating, then add one open question
  • Keep it to five questions or fewer
  • Use a word cloud for a last shared moment

Mix numbers and words

Ratings tell you how it went, open text tells you why. Two or three ratings and one or two free text questions give you a score to compare with the next edition and a few quotes to learn from.

Collect contacts only with consent

If you want to follow up, add a contact details question. Attendees fill it in on purpose and agree to it, so your list is clean. Contact results can be exported to CSV on the Solo and Pro plans.
