Five awards between dinner and the dance floor.
Ten minutes of awards to close the year on a smile.
Everyone votes from home with the link in the chat.
Your logo on the big screen for every winner.
A week before, ask for nominations with an open question. On the day, turn each award into a multiple choice poll with the nominees as options and one vote per person, and reveal the winners one by one. If two names tie, type them into the wheel and spin.
Superlatives work when everyone would be happy to win one. Celebrate what people bring to the team, like the best mentor or the colleague who always rescues the video call, and leave out any title that makes fun of someone.
On Solo, Pro and the passes, export the results as a CSV to print certificates or write the internal newsletter. Remote colleagues vote with the short link in the video call chat, on the same award as the room.
Each award is a multiple choice poll, one vote per person, with the nominees as options. Free plan: 5 questions per presentation, so five awards, or a paid plan for the whole ceremony.
