Ask while the experience is fresh

An email survey sent a week later gets a few answers. A question asked at the end of a demo or a workshop gets most of the room. Keep it to three or four questions: one rating, one choice, one open answer.

  • A rating from 1 to 5 for overall satisfaction
  • A ranking or 100 points to share to see what matters most
  • One open question for the thing you did not think to ask

Let customers set your roadmap

Prioritize gives each customer 100 points to share between features, so the result shows real weight and not just a count of votes. A ranking is quicker when you only want an order.

Anonymous, or with contact details

Answers are anonymous by default, which gives more honest feedback. When you want to follow up, add a contact details question: customers tick a consent box before sharing their email. On Solo and Pro, export results and contacts as a CSV.

Three steps, no setup

  1. 1

    Write your questions

Poll, quiz, word cloud, rating or Q&A. Or let the AI draft them.

  2. 2

    Show the QR code

On screen or in your slides. People scan it and they are in.

  3. 3

    Watch answers arrive

Results update live on the big screen, then export them.
