Meeting feedback questions that take two minutes

Fourteen short questions to close any meeting: was it useful, was it clear, what should change next time. People answer from their phones and the results appear on the shared screen before everyone leaves.

The big screen and a participant's phone

Three steps, no setup

  1. 1

    Write your questions

Poll, quiz, word cloud, rating or Q&A. Or let the AI draft them.

  2. 2

    Show the QR code

On screen or in your slides. People scan it and they are in.

  3. 3

    Watch answers arrive

Results update live on the big screen, then export them.

Ask before people leave the room

Feedback sent by email the next day gets a handful of replies. A poll shown in the last two minutes gets answers from nearly everyone, because the QR code is on the screen and the question is one tap.

  • Pick two or three questions, not fourteen
  • Start with a rating, finish with one open question
  • Show the result on screen and name one thing you will change

Mix numbers and words

A 1 to 5 rating tells you how the meeting went. A word cloud tells you the mood in one glance. An open question tells you why. The free plan allows five questions per presentation, which is plenty for a meeting close.

In the room or on a call

Show the QR code on the last slide, or paste the short link in the video call chat. Nobody installs an app, and the same presentation works for every recurring meeting.

14 meeting feedback questions

Each one shows the Hopvote question type that fits it best. Pick two to four per meeting. Free plan: 5 questions per presentation.

Questions

How many feedback questions should I ask after a meeting?

Two to four. One rating, one word cloud or ranking, and one open question is enough to spot trends over several meetings.

Can people answer anonymously?

Yes. Voters do not need an account, and you only see names if you ask for them in the question.

Can I reuse the same questions every week?

Yes. Save the presentation once and open it again at the end of each recurring meeting, then compare how the ratings move.

Is it free?

Yes to start: every question type, up to 80 participants and 5 questions per presentation. Solo is €5 a month and Pro is €12.
